Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. As a Marketing Executive, you will be primarily responsible for lead generation, making cold calls, and. contributing to the overall sales and marketing objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Generate sales leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Implement marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively promote our products and solutions. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads to convert them into customers. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue. Ensure timely collection of payments as per sales agreements and maintain overdue accounts at zero level. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers. Support the marketing team in effective participation in exhibitions, promotional events, and other initiatives to generate future sales inquiries. Provide regular updates to management on sales trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements. Prepare and submit monthly management information system (MIS) reports with details on sales performance, payment collection, and product trends. Qualifications: Bachelors or Post-graduate Degree in Marketing or a related field. 0-1yr experience in sales role. Strong passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus. II. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Effective participation and involvement in exhibitions, promotional events, and other initiatives to generate future sales inquiries. Qualifications: Bachelors or Post-graduate Degree in Marketing or a related field. 2-4 years of professional experience as a Marketing Executive, Assistant Manager, or similar role. Proven track record of success in developing and managing customer accounts in the B2B segment. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a team of marketing executives. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
