Urgent requirements for HR Recruiter for work from home .
Salary : Upto Rs.10,000/- plus incentives.
Job role :
1.Understanding the requirements of the client.
2. Sourcing resumes through Employee's referrals and external job boards such as Naukri, monster , linkedin etc.
3. Handling first round of HR interview - an order to assess the candidate's about the job profile, salary package,
organization, notice period etc.
4. Negotiating and convincing candidates to accept the offer follow up with offered candidates till date of joining.
5. Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.
6. Building and maintaining good relationship with client & candidates.
7. Providing consolidated trackers using MS Excel to reporting managers on daily basis.
8. Client coordination for the end to end recruitment process.
