Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. To Dispatch planning as per requirement of factories & document creation

2. To make all types of GRN & consumable material

3. To maintain & update GRN, weightings, and other documents related to material received

4. Maintaining the min and max stock level of RM & PM

5. To manage the scrap category & generate scrap bills

6. To check vehicle condition, obtain QA approval for vehicle and monitoring

7. The loading of goods as per company norms & procedures

8. Maintain 5s in the company, Maintaining food safety objective

9. Material Inward & Outward schedules

10. Review QC checks & GRN of materials. Maintain & update GRN, weightings & other documents, analyzing the stock levels of each material and conveying the production dept in case of low inventory, non availability & other issue

Preferable Male Candidate & have experience with senior position in Stores
