Company Description we suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel operations, including managing and training staff, overseeing budgets and finances, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Operations Manager will also work closely with other departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales and marketing to ensure smooth operations and to improve overall guest experiences. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years of experience in a management position Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in managing budgets and finances Familiarity with hotel management. software such as Opera and Reservit Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Experience in managing and training staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences Familiarity with health and safety regulations, fire and safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations A passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences
