We partner with healthcare providers globally to improve access to healthcare for people everywhere. Role Description This is an internship role that requires a remote work arrangement. The Data Analysis Trainee will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources to generate insights that inform decision-making processes. The Data Analysis Trainee will work closely with the data analysis team to support company-wide data-driven initiatives. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data cleaning, manipulation and visualization Proficiency in at least one programming language. such as R or Python Knowledge of statistical techniques (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression analysis, machine learning) Good written and oral communication skills to present and communicate analysis results to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in healthcare analytics is a plus We also appreciate candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes
