Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Japanese Project Manager to lead our software projects with expertise in any skills such as telematics, Infotainment, ADAS, AUTOSAR, MATLAB, and Model-based development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage software projects in the automotive domain, with a focus on telematics, infotainment, ADAS , AUTOSAR, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, managing communication, addressing client needs, and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, testers, and business analysts, to define project requirements, establish project plans, and monitor project progress. Utilize expertise in telematics, infotainment, ADAS, AUTOSAR, MATLAB, and model-based development to provide. technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Manage project documentation, including requirements documents, technical specifications, test plans, and project reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed to keep projects on track. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and process enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in the automotive software domain, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution. Support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations, to drive growth and expansion in the Japanese market
