Assistant Manager IT -5-8 years of working exp in Information Technology Location : Thane , Mumbai Graduate with CCNA, MCSE, O365 certification salary: 6- 10 LPA Implementation in Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage Responsibilities: - 1. Responsible to ensure effective operation & maintenance of server. 2. Responsible to keep record of perfo1mance parameters of server /data. 3. Responsible for implementing Advanced network solutions. 4. To liaise and to provide technical support / training to other teams/colleagues in the development and use of network systems, protocols and all hardware and software issues. 5. Responsible for the development of the IT infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Linux Server, Firewall, AV/Backup .) 6. Installation of standard computer equipment configuration, security marking and distribution of equipment. 7. To set up user accounts (network/email) where required. 8. To assist in the audit of trusts IT policies. 9. Responsible for maintenance of database 10. Responsible to undertake technical assurance role on agreed task. 11. Responsible to provide on call support at reasonable times and with prior notice. 12. Responsible for latest Antivirus/Backup/Security solutions. 13. Responsible for handling Hardware /Networking/ AV Problems independently. 14. Responsible for the smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure of the Organization & timely resolving the issues if any. 15. Responsible to identify new trends in IT and implement the same. 16. Ensure proper Reporting & Completion of Activities from subordinate. 17. To take ownership to maintain costing & upgrade IT infra for all 18. To discuss, negotiate & arrange IT equipment as per requirement. 19. Responsible for Digital Ce11ificate buy new/ renew for eTender. 20. To ensure smooth working of all software like SAP, Tally etc. in coordination with corresponding Agency. 21. Office 365 administration, Exchange Mailing & Implementation of different tools available in 0365. 22. User awareness & training on 0365. 23. License Compliance Review existing License, Identify Gap if any Plan & Implement same (Windows, Office, 0365, SQL, Acrobat if require, AutoCAD & Other design Software). 24. Responsible to ensure IT uptime as per SLA /Predefined criteria. 25. Responsible for ISO & Other Audit as per the requirement.
