Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop various analytics related to cost, cash, quality, speed, and capacity which will help the organization to improve overall supply chain efficiency. Use various statistical methods & tools like Advance Excel, Tableau, Power BI to provide the various analytics to leadership team for decision making, strategic actions and strategic planning. Interacts with multiple businesses global supply teams & supply leadership and efficiently & innovatively handles supply data systems, new project initiatives etc. Build and provide supply chain analytical reports to the Final Control leadership team by using Tableau and advance Excel, on monthly basis to take vital strategic actions. Benchmark outstanding analytics and business intelligence practices, to implement at Final Control. Develop and maintain key performance metrics and benchmark reports relating to supply chain performance. Analyze purchasing-related information. including material purchases, receipts, cost, purchase price variance, and supplier performance Focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through supply chain part approval processes. Support the development of common processes, systems and templates that provide a comprehensive overview of key information regarding risk mitigation activities that build common understanding among members of multiple businesses supply chain teams. Design / crafts critical metric data visualization reports for supply chain leadership and carry out proactive Analytics with actionable insights. Evaluates large volume of supply / logistics raw data which is scattered across multiple files and captures relevant information to perform insightful data analytics. Comfortable in fulfilling ad-hoc & sudden data analytical requirements from supply management and completes the tasks with a sense of urgency and pro-activeness. Ensure timely delivery & error free supply chain critical metric reports, scorecards, dashboards & analytics reports. Conducts orientation / user training sessions on supply systems as & when vital. Handle the Reporting & Analytics activities of the Global Supply Chain team which includes but not limited to: Data prep for gathering, normalizing, reporting & analytics Project tracker Cost savings and inflations Lead-time Ad Hoc reporting Key performance indicator (critical metric) dashboard Understand how supply chain metrics relate to each other and the overall goals of the business. Analyze, optimize and standardize supply chain reporting processes across multiple business units. Who You Are: You set daring goals and has high standards. For This Role, You Will Need: Big data management and analytics Excellent digital literacy and a technical competence that includes strong data gathering skills, expertise, interpretation, and reporting for the supply chain organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and management (Advance Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, SQL). Strategic sourcing methodology, supply chain management, contracting, procurement, and supplier management foresight required. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP & Oracle. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management or any related field.
