Job Title: Executive - Audit & Accounts at White Gold Bullion Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-Time (Mon to Sat) 10:00 AM to 7:00 pm Experience: 2-5 years in Accounts and Auditing. About Us: White Gold is a technology-driven company. Job Overview: As an executive Audit & Accounts, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by conducting thorough audits. You will examine financial statements, assess internal controls, and verify compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. The role requires a keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability. to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Additionally, you will also be collaborating with various internal departments to meet the organization's procurement needs while adhering to budgetary constraints and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Audit Planning and Preparation: Collaborate with the audit team to plan and organize audit assignments. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's financial systems, processes, and controls. 2. Financial Statement Examination: Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting principles. Identify any irregularities, discrepancies, or areas of potential risk. on changes in regulations that may impact financial reporting. 3. Audit Fieldwork: Execute audit procedures, including testing of transactions, balances, and controls. Collect and analyze relevant evidence to support audit findings. 4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with other departments, including operations, admin, sales and compliance, to gather information and address audit concerns. 5. Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Work closely with finance to ensure adherence to budget constraints. 6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to establish and maintain quality standards for procured goods and services. Address and resolve quality issues with suppliers promptly. 7. Vendor Relationship Management: Address and resolve conflicts with vendors, working towards mutually beneficial solutions. Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in auditing, preferably in public accounting or internal audit roles. Proven experience or acumen in procurement or a related role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards. Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Salary : 4, 80,000/- per annum
