Job Description

6 working days Location- Hyderabad (Balanagar) Work from Office Responsibilities Achieve operational targets by ensuring adherence to process quality standards and defined metrics Monitor team performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective action when necessary Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including work allocation, scheduling, and performance monitoring Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and updates Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Escalate issues to senior management as needed Train new team members on company processes and procedures Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Prepare and submit reports to upper management on team performance and progress Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments Stay abreast of. changes in technology that could impact the teams ability to meet its objectives Participate in business continuity planning to ensure the team can maintain optimal performance levels during unexpected events Requirements Bachelors degree in business, management, or related field 5+ years experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), with at least 2 years in a managerial role In-depth understanding of BPO industry trends and best practices Excellent project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English both) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 45,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Sales: 5 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana (Required) Ability to Relocate: Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
