Our aim is to provide air treatment and gas solutions to various Industries, increased to compact spaces using our in-house manufactured products, and greater economic benefit to every client. Experience: 2+ years (Air Compressor Industry only) Responsibilities: Expand Market Coverage: Identify and explore new. territories and customer segments to enhance market presence. Achieve Cost-Effective Sales: Efficiently cover assigned territory, delivering optimal sales results while managing costs effectively. Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver on-site or remote technical presentations to clients, emphasizing a strong follow-up and tender presentation. Client Value Presentations: Create professional client presentations highlighting the price value advantage of our products. Sales Forecasting: Provide monthly, half-yearly, and annual sales forecasts, reporting on competitive and market activities. Product Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain a high level of product knowledge post-induction through technical training provided by the General Manager. Reporting and Supervision: Submit sales and market reports to the reporting manager and supervise the processing of new equipment for customer delivery. Customer Service and Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent client services. Engineering Expertise: Maintain a solid understanding of engineering principles, theories, concepts, and processes. Lead Generation: Generate new business leads and maintain deal pipelines and client contact lists. Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails. Business Expansion: Visit potential customers, negotiate agreements, and identify new markets and business opportunities to maximize sales.
