Department: Wholesale Banking Products
About the Role
The CMS Implementation Team plays a key role in making client mandates live. They act as the bridge between sales team and the client, understanding client requirements in detail.
Detailed scoping, solutioning, making a project plan with intense focus on quick go live.
CMS Implementation Team plays a key role in faster realization of revenues.
Given that this is the team with whom client onboard with the Bank, it is instrumental in leaving a lasting impression of the Bank.
A very good implementation experience for the client is also an enabler of additional business opportunities from the client.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working Knowledge of CMS Products
2. Understanding Client needs in detail
3. Detailing Client Requirements and agreeing to an approach document with client
4. Making a project plan and consenting to a go live date.
5. Ability to understand technical specification documents
6. Ability to write Business Requirement Documents
7. Liason with product and technology teams to meet client requirements
8. Stakeholder Management - Manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
9. Ability to replicate and apply learnings
10. Communicate effectively and timely with internal and external cleints
11. List the audit/ compliance related activities
12. List the reporting/ MIS responsibilities
