Desired Candidate Profile
As DGM/ GM - Marketing Candidate will be head marketing function of Cardio & Diabetics business Based at Mumbai . He will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands. He will be responsible for preparing annual P & L with marketing budget for all the assigned brands and new product in line with the Business objectives. He will Prepare Annual calendar of all Conferences and Events for the Brand building activities.
He will be responsible to develop Marketing strategy for the effective product placement to capture market opportunities. He will ensure all collaterals and promotional material are printed/purchased and dispatched on time and within budget.
Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring. He will be responsible To track the implementation of brand strategies through sales team by close monitoring of activities in the field and ROI.
He will be responsible for training the field force in Product launches, Cycle meetings & Training programs. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategies through team in PMT.
Education:
UG: B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Pharma - Pharmacy
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
