Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Banking Process in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading and managing the team, and overseeing performance metrics to ensure high-quality customer service. The Team Leader will be required to collaborate with other departments to ensure overall success in meeting the company goals. Qualifications Excellent analytical. communication, and operational management skills Proven track record in team management and leadership Experience in the banking industry Experience in customer service operations Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
