URGENT Hiring of Logistics & Warehouse manager for Mumbai based Pharmaceutical Company

Designation: Quality Warehouse/ Logistics Manager, Trade Generics

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall logistics of pharmaceutical products for a new company in Trade Generics Manage storage, inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery to distribution channels (stockists/ chemists)
• Work closely with the procurement manager & sales state manager for overall downstream operations
• Initially report to promoter and later to Ops & Supply Chain Head

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Setup Identify locations & setup warehouses in strategic areas to ensure efficient logistics
• Design warehouse layout and space utilizationfor the safe and efficient storage of products
• Inventory controlPlan and manage the inventory at warehouses for effective supply & order

Logistics Management :

• Setup logistics vendor
• Optimize transportation routesto reduce costs while maintaining product integrity, especially for temperature-sensitive product
• Oversee monitoring of delivery schedules, track shipments to ensure timely arrival and resolving any delays or disruptions in the supply chain

Stakeholder Management :

• Work closely with procurement manager & state sales manager to manage the overall supply chain
• Implement processes, take regular feedback from channel on storage & logistics optimizations

Educational Qualification: Bachelors/ MBA

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing/ logistics management experience in pharmaceutical products
• Relevant roles: Supply chain executive/ Warehouse manager/ Logistics manager
• Experience with setting up the overall supply chain & downstream operations for a new pharmacy preferred
