Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Execution Manager specializing in Commercial and Residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects within the specified timeframes and budgets. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that projects meet or exceed industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality standards. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement effective risk management procedures to ensure project success. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns raised by stakeholders. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelors/Diploma in civil engineering. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Execution Manager in Commercial and Residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. 10-14 years of relevant experience in executing School and Residential construction projects
