Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the organization. They play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Proactively source candidates through online databases, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials, including interview questions and assessment tools.
  • Provide logistical support to ensure a smooth interview process for all parties involved.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate offer terms as necessary.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
