JOB PURPOSE To plan & Implement Bird & Animal control measures and Habitat management in accordance with the conditions of regulatory compliance and to ensure highest order of customer satisfaction for safe and efficiency of Aircraft Operations at IGI airport To ensure policies, procedures, SOPs & other requirements are effectively implemented as per the requirements of the Regulator and by maintaining a close interaction for enforcing the same in the shifts with GHAs, Catering, and Fueling, BME & BHS operations for uninterrupted, safe & efficient operational management at IGI Airport. ORGANISATION CHART Accountabilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Key Performance Indicators Responsible for 100 % compliance of SOPs and work instructions as per the regulatory requirement in respect of Aviation Services. No of non-compliance found during internal audit/assessment ASQ scores Monitoring performance by periodical checks to maintain efficacy. No. of observations closed To ensure. uninterrupted, safe & efficient GHA, Catering, Fuelling, BME (Bridge Mounted Equipment) & BHS (Baggage Handling System) Operations during shifts. No. of delays by each GHA No. of delays by each Catering Company No. of delays by each Fuel Company Timely delivery of baggage in compliance with OMDA commitment. Reduction in no. of bags on fallback. No. of Incidents / Accidents reported To ensure serviceability of equipment installed pertaining to Aviation Services at IGI Airport. No. of equipment / serviceability No. of equipment unserviceable & downtime. Responsible for smooth administration, shift reports, log sheet, incident management, updating of inventory No. of employee grievance resolved No. of observations in reporting / MIS To ensure regular interaction with the Stakeholders No. of meetings, No. of issues raised No. of issues resolved within timeframe. Man management, team development & Employee engagement Engagement score / discipline in the team No. of ideas/kaizen implemented. Mandatory trainings planned v/s actual. Initiate projects like BLIP, Kaizen, 5S, CIP to improve operational efficiency and cost containment No. of CIPs & Kaizen projects undertaken Target V/S Actual EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work CISF, NSG and other Security agencies operating at Airport Customs, Immigrations, Embassies, Govt. Agencies MoCA, BCAS, DGCA.
