The company is now in process of global expansion and setting up operations in India, Europe, and North America. Position: Sr. Associate- Business Development (B2B) Location: Noida Job Profile: The person shall assist the Manager or VP in operations such as the. collection of material, payments to the supplier, or fulfillment of any other contractual term or condition. The person is responsible to ensure that all terms and conditions of the contract are adhered to by Atteros team. Business Development Planning: Assist in defining business development goals, strategies, and action plans in collaboration with senior management. Support the implementation of initiatives to achieve business expansion targets. Lead Generation Assistance: Contribute to the identification of potential clients through various lead generation channels. Assist in maintaining a well-managed lead pipeline in terms of size and strength. Client Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. Contribute to ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates through regular client engagement. Partnership Support and Collaboration: Support the establishment of strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders. Assist in collaboration on mutually beneficial projects and initiatives. Proposal Development Assistance: Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients. Support negotiations and deal closure activities under the guidance of senior team members. Financial Analysis Support: Assist in assessing the financial viability of potential business opportunities and projects. Contribute to the accuracy of cost-benefit analysis and financial models. Team Collaboration and Project Support: Promote effective collaboration and communication within internal teams. Assist in ensuring timely project execution and delivery. Compliance and Reporting Assistance: Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards with guidance. Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of business development activity reports. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelors or masters degree in business management, Marketing, or related fields. Good learner. Creative, open-minded, and innovative in structuring deals. Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in English Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be of added advantage
