It serves as a single window for SMEs in the manufacturing and infrastructure sector for all raw material procurement, supplier financing, and project financing needs. The platform aggregates raw materials (steel, TMT, metals, chemicals, polymers, textiles, cement, and building materials) for cost-effective procurement and passes the aggregation benefits to the SMEs. OfBusiness is located in Chandigarh. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, negotiating and closing sales deals, and managing the sales team. Additionally, the Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expanding the. company's customer base. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the fintech or banking industry Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage a sales team Experience in formulating and executing business plans and strategies Expertise in market research and analysis Knowledge of financial products and services, credit underwriting, and risk assessment Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus Experience with working with SMEs and knowledge of the manufacturing and infrastructure industry is a plus
