Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE) in Information Technology Sales. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth, with ample room for advancement within our organization. As a fresher, you will be provided with comprehensive training and mentorship to kickstart your career in the exciting field of IT sales. It is work from office from our office in Noida and also an option to work from. home. Desired Experience: 0 to 2 years Roles and Responsibilities Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to contribute to strategic planning. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and social media. Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present our IT solutions. Prospecting new customers in an assigned geographical area Generation of leads through Cold calls, emails, and social media. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively. Technological Aptitude: Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
