: Position Overview: As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy, development, and execution of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the full-stack development process, leading a team of talented developers, and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and technical expertise to drive the development of innovative web solutions and applications. Full-Stack Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the full technology stack. Team. Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals and keeps us at the forefront of industry trends. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code review, testing, and quality assurance to deliver robust and reliable software. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, design, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Research and Development: Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where appropriate to enhance our development processes and efficiency. Security and Compliance: Enforce security protocols and compliance standards to safeguard sensitive data and protect against potential cyber threats. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve application performance to deliver fast and responsive user experiences. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring successful project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or a similar leadership role within a web development company or relevant industry. 5-6 years of hands-on experience in web development with expertise in JavaScript, Linux, React JS, and C++. Strong background in full-stack development and familiarity with various front-end and back-end technologies. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing development teams. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients. Strong organizational and project management abilities to deliver projects on time and within budget. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
