Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Relationship
Management (CRM)) Specialist, located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be
responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet
the business needs of our organization. The successful candidate will also assist in the design
and development of solutions that will drive business growth and enhance customer
experiences.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer
Relationship Management (CRM)) instances.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Relationship Management
(CRM)) functionality, including advanced customization and configuration, workflows,
business rules, security models, and integrations with external systems
Expertise in developing and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
solutions.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and HTML
Experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, and web resources
Excellent knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write complex, optimized SQL
queries.
A Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a relevant field of study
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills, along with the capability to
learn quickly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
Someone with strong experience with the Marketing (Customer Journeys) functionality,
Customer Service functionality and Sales functionality of Dynamics 365 will be highly preferred.
