Job Description WearOS Jetpack Compose Proven experience in Android app development, with a focus on wearable devices Experience with health and fitness tracking applications. Knowledge of Samsung-specific APIs (Preferably Samsung Watch Knox, Pro Kiosk) and features for Galaxy Watches Good hands-on experience in Profiling and Debugging the apps on the wearables Good hands-on experience in creating Documentation for regulatory submission Good To Have - Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Responsibilities Design and Develop : Lead the design and development of high-quality Android applications, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience. Code Review and Mentorship : Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Architectural Design : Contribute to the architectural design of the Android applications. ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality and innovative mobile solutions. Testing and Debugging : Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure the reliability and robustness of the Android applications. Debug and resolve issues as they arise. Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, Android development best practices, and emerging technologies. Apply new knowledge and techniques to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our mobile applications. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and architectural decisions.
