Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an L1 System Engineer at Rajika Vision Network Pvt Ltd. The L1 System Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software issues related to network systems, maintaining and updating documentation related to network activity, and identifying and troubleshooting network problems. The L1 System Engineer will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, and will collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP Experience with network diagnostic and analysis tools, such as Wireshark, Ping, and Traceroute Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals Experience with Linux administration and Shell scripting is a plus Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, and Security+ are desirable
