JOB DESCRIPTION : Please find the detailed tech lead JD as below: The qualified applicant should have at least 7 years administrating Linux servers and at least 5 years AWS experience. The candidate should be experienced with: AWS Cloud Core Services - EC2, EBS, S3, etc, AWS Cloud Networking & Security Security Groups, VPCs, Direct Connect Build the full stack of AWS Cloud Infrastructure. Expert level knowledge of AWS security services Major incident management for P1 incidents Data encryption at rest and in transit Understanding of microservice architecture and advance troubleshooting Port blocking of NACL/SG/NSG using AWS native tools AWS services provisioning and terminating Patch management as and when patches are released by OEM/CSP Management of existing Terraform scripts and implementing changes if required. Provide support for deployment of new Terraform scripts on customers infrastructure. Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline level configurations. . Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of monitoring, continuous integration and platform integration. Ability to plan, document, and execute tasks effectively given minimum supervision within a structured, highly available environment. Provide technical support on application server-related and web applications issues. Good to have knowledge of EKS. Requirements It is mandatory to work from the customer office on all business days. Available to work in 24X7 rotational shifts and provide after-hours (On call) support. Good knowledge of ITIL processes Should have good communication skills and have a consulting approach. Assist in developing and updating Cloud Managed services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including creating a self-service knowledge base to enable issue resolution Java (candidate should have java experience in both support and development side) Application Support(L1,L2,L3 Issues handling,P1 issues resolving, monitoring tools) Should work on microservice-based architecture Must have AWS experience (EC2,Cloudwatch,lamda,Oauth,EKS) Experience required 7+ years of experience Should have smart and good client communication
