Job summary

As a React JS Tech Lead, you will be a key technical authority, responsible for leading and

mentoring a team of developers. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and

delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of

React JS technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test React JS applications.
• Develop user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance using React JS.
• Design and implement responsive web applications that work seamlessly across various

devices and browsers.

• Understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to

deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Lead the front-end development process, providing technical guidance and mentoring

junior developers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending best

practices to enhance the development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on

React.js.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-traffic web applications

using React JS

• Expertise in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and component-based

architecture.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical

requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

environment.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.
