Founder: Shirish Bhaisare MA, ADFE, AMIFE, DIS, MIFE (U.K.) Email: hidden_email Position: Project Engineer/ Site Engineer Responsibilities: Supervision of Site Operations and Manpower: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations and manpower at project sites to ensure efficiency and productivity. Management of. Fire Safety Systems Installation: Direct the installation of Fire Hydrant, Alarm, Sprinkler, and Suppression Systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Fabrication and Installation Oversight: Manage the fabrication and installation of various piping systems including GI, CPVC, and UPVC pipes, guaranteeing quality and precision. Effective Drainage and Waste Line Management: Ensure proper management of drainage lines, harvesting chambers, and soil waste lines to maintain functionality and prevent environmental hazards. Collaboration and Coordination: Foster effective communication and coordination with consultants and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Document Preparation and Procurement: Prepare accurate measurement sheets, quotations, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Running Account (RA) bills to streamline project documentation. Manage procurement of materials and maintain communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Inventory Maintenance and Work Allocation: Maintain stock inventory and oversee the allocation of materials to project sites, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing delays. Assign tasks to subordinates and provide guidance as needed to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Labour Bill Verification and Approval: Review and approve labour bills in accordance with project specifications and budgetary constraints to ensure accurate cost allocation. Requirements: Educational Qualifications: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in fire fighting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional Information: Knowledge of IS codes,, NBC norms and other standards & regulations for fire fighting Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
