: As a Multimedia and Branding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading branding initiatives on various digital platforms, focusing on social media. Your primary responsibilities include creating and editing engaging videos, banners, and other visual content. This role requires expertise in videography and editing, especially for producing product videos on the Shopify platform. While not responsible for content creation, as the Art Director, a robust understanding of color theory, lighting, and camera settings is crucial for ensuring high-quality visual output. Key Responsibilities: Video Production: Produce and edit videos for social media and the website, ranging from short snippets to longer promotional pieces. . Apply photo and video editing skills to polish raw footage or images to meet quality standards. Branding and Social Media Promotions: Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various digital platforms. Work on creating banners, ads, and other visual content for social media promotion. E-commerce Platform Expertise: Work with e-commerce platforms like Shopify to create visually appealing and effective product videos. Social Media Post Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging social media posts in alignment with the overall branding strategy. Daily Routine: Engage in creative brainstorming and collaborative discussions with the marketing team. Record and edit videos for social media posts and digital marketing campaigns. Create banners, ads, and other visual content to support marketing endeavors. Quality Control: Ensure color balance, spacing, and other design elements align with brand standards. Receive feedback from the manager for visual refinement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Social Media Engagement: KPI: Engagement Rate on Social Media Graphics. Measurement: Analyzing engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, clicks) on banners, ads, and posts. Video Engagement Metrics: KPI: Engagement Rate on Video Content. Measurement: Analyzing engagement metrics such as views, likes, shares, comments, and watch time on videos. Video Production Efficiency: KPI: Production Turnaround Time. Measurement: Monitoring the time taken from receiving the project to delivering the final video. Editing Quality: KPI: Error Rate in Editing. Measurement: Tracking the number of revisions or corrections needed due to errors in editing.
