2. ARB Impediment Processor

1. Operational Tasks

                  i.      Impediments Management

1. Track Impediments
2. Notify ARB Leads when all Impediments related to each review are closed
3. Notify ARB Leads of and impediments that are languishing
4. Create and Update status of sub-tasks in JIRA

2. Professional Skills

                 i.      Solid written and verbal communication skills

                 ii.      Architectural level familiarity with Application and Infrastructure technologies

                 iii.      Able to develop insights into relative significance of events

                 iv.      Ability to liaise with technology teams (Architecture, Application, Infrastructure)

3. Technology Skills use of

                  i.      MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint

                 ii.      SharePoint Lists

                 iii.      Jira

                 iv.      Confluence

                 v.      Draw.io
