We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee the requirements definition and management for Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) projects. The Project Manager will ensure that all INS requirements are clearly defined, documented, and met throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands strong project management skills, a thorough understanding of INS technologies, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined and met.
Oversee the design, development, and integration of INS components.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Manage team performance, provide guidance, and support professional development.
Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans.
Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in the field of Inertial Navigation Systems or related technologies.
Strong understanding of INS technology, including hardware and software components.
