Description We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk and HR Representative to undertake all administrative and HR duties at the desk of our centre. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You will manage our companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees. The goal is to make patients, doctors and employees feel comfortable and valued while on our premises. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, doctors and visitors. Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments . You should be able to deal with queries and give accurate information. Check, sort and forward emails Manage inventory and update records in filing system Manage. accounts and expenditures Take up other additional duties as assigned Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques for recruitment Manage daily operations of employee attendance, leave , measure employee retention and turnover rates Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Design compensation and benefits packages and manage payroll Implement performance review procedures and manage grievances Requirements Any degree with HR experience/ BBA with HR/ MSW-HR/ MBA - HR Proficient in English (oral and written) Knowledge of Microsoft office Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem-solving skills Shift timings: Mon-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm or 12:30pm-8:30pm on rotation; Sun 8:30am-1:00pm Weekoff: Any weekday Miniumum work duration requisite : As per company policy Skills: appointment scheduling,communication,administrative,recruiter,talent acquisition,healthcare,healthcare industry,daily operations
