We are looking for the Head of Operations position. Role Description The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital and paramedical institute. They will manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. The role will be located in Asansol, West Bengal. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting Experience in. managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and ability to use data to drive decision-making Leadership experience and ability to inspire and motivate teams Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities LifeLine Multispecialty Hospital and Paramedical Institute is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
