Role: Customer Care Executive.

Education Qualification: Only Graduates.

Experience Details: 2 YEARS Experience in handling customer services process through Emails, Social Media Escalation OR handling Escalation calls only.

Process: SAMSUNG

Languages Known: English and Hindi.

Rounds of Interview--- Initial Screening/Ops round

Salary Offered: 31,500 CTC (25,000 Take home)

Nature of Work: WFO (Mandatory)

Days of Work 6 days working with 1-day rotational week-off

Cab transport No cab facility (Both side shuttle facility available to nearest metro station).

Location of Interview--- Conneqt Business Solutions, 4th floor, Unitech Business Zone, Golf course road extension, Sector 50, Gurgaon.

Shift type: Day Rotational Shift (For Female from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM any 9 hours of work, For male 24*7 rotational shift Any 9 hours of work)
