The ideal candidate should be highly soft spoken and ready to work in customer support. Customer Service Executives are required
to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and make outbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Role and Responsibilities
Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about the product available.
Keep records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
Escalating the calls to level 2 if required.
Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.
Responsible to take the feedbacks from the customer and share with the concern person/deptt.
Taking follow-ups from management for complaints and feedback
Note - Workdays per week - 6 days
Timing - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday Fixed Week off
Salary up to 17 K CTC
