"Urgent hiring for Travel Customer Support Executive in International BPO"
JOB Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a similar role. The CSE will be responsible for providing Charge Back, Dispute Calls and Customer Retenion to US customers. This role requires the candidate to work in US shifts, covering a 24/7 operation. Strong communication skills, knowledge of GDS systems, and a sound understanding of the airline and travel industry are key to succeeding in this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with customers and clients for existing reservations.
2. Sell/cross-sell travel-related services (Flights)
3. Can handle retention calls as well
4. Candidate should be able to handle Dispute calls in case of requirements
5. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
6. Can handle customer support calls.
Requirements:
1. Excellent knowledge of GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
Additional information:
2-3 year work experience
Salary- 40 k (Negotiable as per the last salary of the candidate)
Shift - 8 pm, 9 pm, 10 pm
Location - Gurugram, Haryana
