Performance Test Engineer @ Saraca Solutions

 Job Description

  Primary responsibilities:

•  Provide best-practice technical consultancy on performance testing to build confidence in the ability of the ELM7 environment to provide reliable, predictable and acceptable end-user performance

•  Review the set of performance metrics and define success criteria around end-user response times, throughput, and system performance.

•  Translate the performance demands into test scripts, including verification and measurement points.

•   Develop test scripts and test schedules using JMeter, document all necessary parameters and execution steps.

•  Assist in the coordination of the various testing activities

•  Capture level of appropriate information allowing company to independently repeat performance tests and prepare execution report

•  Educate team members on the performance testing framework and train to run the performance tests

  Job qualifications

•  Bachelors - Computer Science or Electronic & Communication or Information Systems

•   Proven experience developing/implementing performance test suits and analysis using JMeter

•   IBM ELM application knowledge (EWM, ETM, ERM, etc. ) is a Preferred

•  Possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

•  Can identify and recommend appropriate continuous improvement opportunities

 Understanding of Agile / scrum methodology (Agile SAFe) is a plus
