Role & responsibilities
Salesforce Admin experience with SOX/SOD compliance, audit trails, and security controls Hands-on Salesforce platform configuration (workflows, flows, setup)Identification and resolution of SOD conflicts in user roles and permissions Understanding and application of SOX controls, risk/control matrices, and audit documentation Participation in audits: walkthroughs, control testing, coordination with internal/external audit teams Documentation skills: functional flows, process diagrams, use cases, audit readiness materials Business requirement gathering and translation into technical requirements Profiles and permission sets Data governance and Audit trails Knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) process and its relevance to SOX Risk assessment and compliance control implementation in IT systems Experience in SOX/SOD-related training or compliance awareness activities Salesforce Administrator Certification Experience with financial reporting platforms Familiarity with Agile methodology or project management tools Communication, interpersonal collaboration, and stakeholder management
