Responsibilities of the Technical Publications Engineer are varied and may include but not are limited to:
1. Creation / Revision of CMMs for Mechanical assemblies.
2. Organize material and complete authoring assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and/or terminology.
3. Write procedures, functional descriptions by interpreting schematics and circuit diagram.
Experience/Tools requirement :
1. Experience in Adobe Frame maker, Epic Editor, Adobe Professional.
2. Familiarity with illustration tools (Iso Draw).
3. Good knowledge on ATA 100, ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D, Simplified Technical English.
4. Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, Functional Diagrams, Printed Circuit Boards etc
5. Ability to create Assembly / repair procedures for aircraft components independently.
6. Good verbal and technical writing skills.
