Founded in 2019, we design and manufacture special purpose machinery, automated production systems, and manufacturing automation. We focus on creating products that improve quality, accuracy, and precision while saving labor, energy, and materials. Role Description This is a full-time Robotics ROS Engineer role located on-site at our Chennai location. As a Robotics ROS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and installation of robotic systems on the ROS platform. Other responsibilities include integration of hardware, software and control systems, working with the software architecture team to deliver solutions and analyze new needs of the project at hand. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 1+ years of. experience with ROS and robotic system design. Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages. Experience with ROS ecosystem, ROS 2.0, Gazebo, and RViz. Experience with robotic system and sensor integration. Experience with robotic perception and localization. Strong knowledge of software engineering, system architecture, and design patterns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with SLAM is a plus. Experience with robotic manipulation and path planning algorithms is a plus
