Job Description

Creation, review, and approval of FAIR According to AS9102 requirements

Design characteristic interpretation, GD&T interpretation, blue-print reading, DPD interpretation, measurement equipment selection and use, as required

Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables

Creation & review of QMS documents according to AS9100 requirements

Participate in team activities like QCPC analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, Lean, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical / Aerospace / Manufacturing Engineering

4-8 years of relevant experience in Aerospace/Automotive Sectors.

Expertise with AS9102 & AS9100 requirements (Minimum 4 years of experience)

Hands on experience on FAI creation, review, and approval

Hands on experience in process planning & Inspection plans

Exposure to Machined, Sheet- Metal, Composite commodities.

Relevant certifications such as AS9102 FAI signatory

Hands on experience in tools such as Net Inspect, Discus & Teamcenter is an added advantage.

Exposure to special processes & NDT requirements

Working Knowledge of GD&T concepts

Experience in AS9145, PPAP Elements creation, review and approval is an added advantage.

Deep understanding of Quality analysis (RRCA, Fish bone, 5 Why etc. . ) and must have demonstrated effective implementation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
