 Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the designated areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and achievements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated areas.
