Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for various healthcare staffing tasks. They will be required to hire and recruit personnel in response. to healthcare staffing needs, provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, utilize excellent communication skills to manage client and candidate relationships, and manage the full recruitment process. Qualifications Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills Excellent Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Ability to manage a full recruitment cycle Experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting is a plus Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred Certification in healthcare recruitment and staffing is beneficial
