We work towards improving human health by designing and developing novel chemicals and pharmaceuticals. We specialize in research, development, and manufacturing of a wide range of organic chemicals catering to the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and specialty chemicals sectors. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Organic Chemist for an on-site role in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting research and development of organic chemicals, designing and synthesizing novel compounds, and performing laboratory-scale experiments for process development and optimization. The Organic Chemist will be responsible for ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports of experimental results. Qualifications Laboratory Skills and Chemistry expertise Experience in. Research and Development (R&D) and Polymers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with organic synthesis and process development Experience in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, or specialty chemicals industry is a plus PhD in Organic Chemistry or related field preferred; Master's degree with relevant laboratory experience may also be considered Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
