Api Tester - JAVA Microservices @ Saraca Solutions

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for capturing additional detail information needed for the testing the backend APIs and integration points
• Responsible for the documentation of test scenarios, deployment of builds in lower environments on AWS
• Participates in estimation and planning of Testing, validations, deployment and operation activities.
• Responsible for effort estimation of overall testing activities for all software units based on provided functional specification
• Responsible for working closely with developers and business analysts.

Tools Required:

• Performance tools - JMeter, Gatling, scala
• Version control knowledge - Git - Subversion
• Continuous integration experience - Jenkins

Experience & Skills:

• Testing - Experience and a strong interest in system testing - Junit/TestNG - XPath - RestAssured - mock framework
• Request response (Must have) - Message Queue REST Certifications

(Good to have): ISTQB Foundation or similar
