Job Description

New Product Development. Developing formulation of personal care and skin Care. Test substances for composition, properties, structures, and reactions. Identify testing abnormalities and execute corrective actions. Reformulate or improve existing formulas through NPD trials/batch trials. Define and set specifications for new or reformulated products. Prepare research proposals including analytical, technical, and financial data for developing and testing new or improved products. Skills Required and Qualification: A Bachelors or masters degree in Cosmetic Science/ Chemistry or related field. Min 2 years of experience in the same field. Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and laboratory skills Familiar with cosmetics compliance requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team. environment
