Job Description

Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market by nurturing and qualifying leads from market opportunities and finding outbound strategic targeted clients.
Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Zaptech and understand how it might align to their business objectives.
Tracking the opportunities in market and strategizing with the broader Sales team.
Develop the clear understanding of client s needs, concerns, objectives and plan appropriate approach/pitch.
Preparing the proposal, negotiating and finalizing the contract along with client.
Managing and training a team of business development executive / lead generator
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

Job Specifications:

Should have outstanding communication skill
Exposure in international Market sales
Should have experience of handling team (5-10)
