Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst Intern at Aviation Indeed. The intern will primarily focus on developing. and implementing customer management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. They will analyze large sets of data and create comprehensive reports to provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making. The role involves collaborating with other teams across the organization and working on cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with a team Currently pursuing a bachelor's or masters degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field Interest in Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries is a plus Prior experience in a customer management or data analysis role is a plus
