    Job description Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Mainframe COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, MQcomponents in accordance with project requirements Should possess in-depth knowledge of DB2 and COBOL with a proven track record of resolving technical issues. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to stakeholders. Should have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Must be able to conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.,
