Position - Senior Manager/ Manager - Placements Amity University Ranchi- New Campus HEC Core Capita Area, Murma, Naya Sarai, Block Negri, Ranchi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Manager/ Asst. Manager/ Sr.Exe./Coordinator based in Ranchi. The Placement Person will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with coordinating student placements, conducting and attending job fairs, and developing relationships with businesses for placement opportunities. The Placement Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with students, being proactive with outreach, and working with other faculty members to improve the placement process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Master's degree preferred Three years" work experience in job development and marketing Previous work experience building employer relations in a higher education setting Knowledge of labor market trends, employer needs, and best practices in career services . Job description Arranging guest lectures, workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and educational tours for students Coordinating with different industries for on-campus and off-campus interviews of meritorious students Providing students with opportunities, guidance, and resources to enhance their employ ability Fostering relationships with employers Organizing recruitment drives Salary - Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000
